man he like couldnt frag me when i was shooting at frozen and he was behind me and took 2 shots while i was just running straight but all wall and blind shots where more or less on target...

Without a solid demo from his view you cannot judge whether he hack or not. If you really want to know if he hack ask him if he's Bosko from L.A.G club. Guy named L.A.G Bo$ko was caught on cheating at eB slowrail server. Now see if he's the same guy. Here's demo:
