i talked to hellspawn one day he said it is like club for ex-qOs members and qOs as a clan remaines dead. they just having fun playing now and then with old tags all toghether.

well, most of players have dynamic ip, so its kinda impossible to ban him permanently.
best way is to grab his ips and ban them, and if he appears again, ban that one too

As long as he uses a detected cheat, there's no need to worry about banning. The guy does the job himself.
