i will tell that i mean no disrespect with following post, no insults are ment (if some are taken) and i have thought about this one for 2 min while speaking with 2 -nn- members - and yes i have made a decition because this is the day for it (the bad one kind of).
so lets keep to main reason of this post -
form today consider me really on a vocation/pension/or whatever - do no contact me, ignore me, do not even post me if you are going to speak about -nn- clan or what so ever linked with thatwhy?
because i am really sick - i mean it i am sick of doing this shit for nothing.
last drop was that again geek comes to me says that lets scrim H$ - i didnt because i didnt have time. Moral is on geek is on and skillz is on.
i silently said to myself - need to spec that as noone will take ss - i didnt and noone did. eihter they said "xfire dont work" for skillz even "print screen" didnt work (first time i hear that)...good that pe6o did take one (its not hard for him to do it) only i dont get it why noone from us didnt... cause its lose and bad ghostdog will shout about it... or thats the reason?
my assumtion is that the reason is lack of responsibility and dedication. all this seems like a joke to you all. like its not a big deal that we dont post ss, later are called nabs as we post only victory scrims etc.
i dont know but i am the person fro who q3 is also competition first then teamplay and stuff which are instruments to reach the goal - WIN.
and to do that i like to think we need strategy, processes, comunication and implementation of a strategy and last but not least - FOCUS.
we dont have it @ the moment + people here seems irresponsible for what they do - the can allow themselfs to fuck / ignore -nn- clan habbits and rules and are very surprised when they are getting beating for that.
as well other big WHY - for me q3 is for win and order - make a plan and go do it point by point by giving 100-110% percent of yourself there on the field and after plan is sucessfuly implemented its time for party and celebration. also plan update, fine-tuning and maybe even changing is involved in there. but as for no in -nn- ppl like to do like - lil bit of planning => party => chat about party => go in field to have some fun => in field remembering that there was a plan => kind of effort to do as planned => celebration afater battle disregarding the results (assuming it was maximum we could do @ that particular moment) => all happy going to sleep and wake up in another day to do it all over again.
for me its either we do the rules and strategy and follow them without exception to reach the goal and party or i am just not here. other option is to punish or kick out all who are not doing that (as antibot does to haxors or ones who has q3_walls in cfg 0 without sorting just dropping) - but i am no antibot and i dont want to do that as far as i am only one thinking like i do in here - i better dropp myself.
what now?
sorry as i said i will not and even more - i dont want to - WASTE my time here for all of you if:
1. 90% of what i do is not appriciated and / or ignored
2. you see me more as a bad / negative person rather than good / positive character
3. like i said before - i dont feel like a leader anymore - main figures here now are duke, woot and geek
4. we are getting worsed and worsed - not only the results in scrims but as a team as well - more and more ppl are becomeing inactive, there are a lot of argues going on, clan in my opinion has splitted into groups (inactive, ones who dont care much, me and opposition of me)
so because of that all and maybe something more i didnt mention i am off duty for unknown period. i know some will think that its easier to abandon sinking ship than try to save it - but i did try and not once and now i am just feel sinking with it and i want to live on... so i have to abandon it. but i still hope i / we will build new one some day and i can come back - maybe not as a captain but at least as a crew member.
in the end for those who read all my posts not just see that they are long and go on doing other stuff (i know there are some who do that - thx for showing tha respect to me again)
i wanted to do quick comments about members - i just want to express what i feel and lay my cards down on the table - so noone ever says i am dishonest and dont tell what i think.
so i just go by the order you are in -nn- xfire clan in my xfire.
1. duke - leader, people like you, you come up with logical and popular decitions and they kind of willing do implement those in real life (still no results from my point of view). on the other hand you are kind of 1/2 active, as well as you skills have downgraded from my point of view - so you cant really help much on the battle field - better behind the table.
2. hotshot - i consider you as a -nn- clan member even you like slowrail more. nice guy. always willing to help and you always come when you are asked and needed - great inactive member. on the ohter hand - your skills also dont make it work excellent but still good job in field. my suggesion - be more confident, attack more rather than defend and talk to others more - dont be afraid they wount bite.
3. dice - one of leading and most loyal people in -nn-, now kind of inactive and also involved in clubs stuff which lure you from -nn- clan but when you here you are here. great progress from you (hope those are not hax) so in the field i am confident in line with you. you could become even more leading - just take responisbility to lead ppl and say what you think
4. dc-power - great guy, very loyal, does all what is asked and follow all orders, processes etc. sadly inactive and playing on touchpad but still doing it decent and willing to learn and be better - hope you are back soon.
5. geek - kind of new but strong player in -nn- - here ppl always love active and strong ppl. actually usually they are ones who hold this clan alive. great skills in field but on other hand too unfocuses, dont like following rules and cant stand critics, as well you seems to me bit overconfident. my suggestion here - ground a lil bit, adapt to certain rules and you will see its not bad that way and as well you will eliminate many problems (its not so hard to take ss after scrim...).
6. moral - great player but complicated person. one member of -nn- who are here more because he has skills and knowlegde rather than other things. when you with us you are pwning but try to be more active and participate in clan life also... otherwise you are like stranger pwner who comes time to time to help us out and go away as fast as you came for a rescue (as well as you probably will not read this one i could just say anything - i know you dont like forums).
7. Rosa - too unfocused, also because of this your skills are not what they could be - you could be much better if you set your goals, be with us with 100% (club stuff). also in last few month i kind of dont get it - are you with or without us... otherwise nice girl and when you are on you are very active. suggestion - clean that nab part of you (leaving scrims, saying stupid things to others) also ask advice from other -nn- members if you dont know something about cfg and q3 overall - i have a feeling you dont know a lot.
8. skillz - great guy, nice player but kind of unlucky to prove that with results - always something is missing. besides the play side - bit inactive and always talking through jokes, not purely dedicated to follow rules (not 100% but definately not less than 90%). suggestion - be here, ask help, ask others to warm you up, train you, share knowledge with you about settings and calm down while facing stronger teams - we have won them not even once so you can do it.
9. useless - new guy, till this moment all positive only lil lack of skills but that will come in time - keep on doing good work. you are really on the right pass to become full.
10. woot - definately one of the main characters in -nn-. have great experiance in different fields (forums, q3, administrating servers and forums, knows many ppl, knows there info can be found, good team builder and leader). yes i would say that woot is unofficial leader of this clan as he posses so much knowledge that all somehow ends with him or at least he is involved. also active and skilled player - so no questions why he is kind of thought as a leader. only problem - i doubt you m8 want to be the one leading. you dont need that responsibility and even if you do i doubt you can hanndle one as your are onfucused - too much joking and fun part from you as for me - but i see that this again is why others like you... so maybe i am wrong here. so only suggestion to you is - try to give some negative feedback while people listen to you - it will make great result as only positive feedback keep people together good but do not help to improve and correct mistaked we do again and all over again. in the battle field - you are already but try to be lil more teamplayer rather than that killing machine of you - know you can do that but sometimes it does not give a result (sometimes).
ok thats it from me - it was hard in the begining, fun in the middle and pain and nerve wrackage in passed days maybe even month - so i deserve a break hope you me and clan will only benefit from it.
